Poker League Rules
Deep-stack, no-limit Texas Hold'em freezeouts every Sunday. Tournament chips and league points are play money and have no cash value.
Monthly Format
A tournament is held every Sunday of the month, including a fifth Sunday when one occurs.
The monthly player field locks when the first Sunday tournament begins. The same field size is used for scoring all Sunday events that month.
Each Sunday is a freezeout. There are no rebuys, re-entries, or add-ons.
Tournament Chips
Each player starts every Sunday with 10,000 tournament chips.
Tournament chips are completely separate from the casual poker cash-game bankroll on the website.
When your tournament stack reaches zero, you are eliminated from that Sunday's event.
Tables
Tables are 10-handed maximum. Large fields are automatically divided into balanced tables.
Players can only be moved between hands. Tables are consolidated as players are eliminated, eventually forming one final table with up to 10 players.
Blind Structure
Blind levels last 15 minutes. The clock is based on the tournament's actual start time, so levels continue advancing even if a player closes the page.
The Big Blind Ante begins at 200/400. The player in the big blind posts both the big blind and the ante before cards are dealt.

Monthly Points
Sunday points are based on the locked monthly field size. With 12 registered players, first place earns 12 points, second earns 11, and 12th earns 1 point.
A registered player who does not play a Sunday event receives 0 points for that event.
The player with the most total points after the final Sunday wins the monthly championship.
If total points are tied, the first tiebreaker is the better (lower) average tournament finish.
Live table chat will be added after the tournament engine is fully tested, so players can talk during games without affecting poker actions.
