Lineups

5 starters and 3 reserves. Only starters score in the weekly matchup.

Regular season

Weekly head-to-head matchups run Monday through Sunday. Six teams are split into East and West divisions, three teams per division.

Playoffs

All six teams qualify. Seeds 1 and 2 receive first-round byes. Seed 3 plays Seed 6, and Seed 4 plays Seed 5. Overall league record determines playoff seeding.
